I don't think it actually got weaker. He was just unable to bring out his full SSJ2 power unless he got enraged.

Full Power Perfect Cell's power up is too small. Other than that, I agree with the Cell Saga gaps.

I need to make sense out of the 25th Budokai and Babidi's Ship before commenting on the Boo Saga.

1.5x is a titanic power up. Gohan one shotting the Jrs is probably a 1.5x gap, and Cell is around that.

The real sucker is having to fit Dabra > All 3 SSJs in that gap without making him too close to SSJ2 Vegeta. If you use the 2x multiplier then SSJ2 Vegeta is only 1.6x SSJ1 Goku at best. That’s crazy small.

I don't have a problem with Dabura being close to SSJ2 Vegeta (pre majin).

Yes, since Dabura (Vs Gohan) did not fight with his full power. Vegeta SSJ2 (Pre Majin) was confident of defeating Dabura very easily (Suppressed against Gohan), but he didn't know that Dabura was even stronger.

I have Grade 2 as a x2 multiplier and Grade 3 as a x5 multiplier, and I consider Super Saiyan 2 as powerful as Grade 2 and Grade 3 stacked, so no. It would also be cool if Super Saiyan 2 and Grade 2 and Grade 3 stacked had the same amount of power as the Oozaru transformation.

If I ever did a Boo Saga battle power list, I would like for Super Saiyan 3 to have a power up between x15-x25.

I like SSJ2 being 4-5x SSJ1. I’ve tried 10x, it’s a nice number, but it ends up feeling unecessarily large.
