I prefer the old ones. Cell should be more than half of Gohan’s power to budge him. Also Gohan was clearly stronger vs Dabra than he was in he Budokai via Kaioshin’s comments.

He says Kibito missed Gohan's power because he was dead, but Kibito saw SSJ2 Gohan at the Budokai.

I could see that being the case. Vegeta only noticed Goku was stronger than him when he went SSJ2.

Kaioshin's comments mean nothing. By the same logic, Base Vegeta (vs Puipui)>SSJ2 Gohan (Budokai)

That scene was so weird. Nobody even bats an eye at Gohan's SSJ1 power here. Unless he was also having a rage boost? I mean rust or not he's way past the point of going SSJ1 out of anger, there's something else here.

I guess bottom bitch Yamu wasn't paying attention to the meter when Gohan transformed? Babidi treated SSJ level energy as an impossibility on earth, yet Gohan displayed that level and nobody cared. So did Goten and Trunks for that matter.
