After confronting the BB pirates in chapter 925, what do you think happened to Gekko Moriah?

Unless he magically escaped like he did at Marineford, Moriah most likely surrendered to the Blackbeard Pirates and joined them. He's been shown before to know his limits when it comes to the New World and its Yonko, so him getting so prideful as to throw away common sense would be uncharacteristic of him.
