Was wonderi where Uub is and if Toritana just forgot about him but then remembered Super takes place before EoZ during the apparently quiet period....during which the Earth was destroyed. Wtf.

And what's this all mean for Uub's battle powa? Was base Goku going all out against him? Is Uub>Base Vegito now?

Retcon is the name of the game. A simple answer no doubt, but one that writers have fallen into far to often these days. Makes you wonder what the hell Piccolo and Pan are doing there!

GT fits in a lot better than Super. Hell, I'd pay Toei to eliminate Super and make GT canon.

They could be explained in a few ways:

- Other than the shockwaves from Goku and Beerus' battle, none of the battles made a long standing and direct threat on civilisation. Earth was destroyed pretty quickly, so it's likely nobody had time to be react to it, plus it got erased from history anyway. Compared to that, Cell destroying the army or Boo systematically eating the population was a far bigger threat.
- Maybe Goku and Vegeta's power will get retconned before Super ends. If not, then I wouldn't be surprised if Goku was holding back or if Oob's full power is God tier. When Vegeta can get rage boosts that border on God tier and Freeza can get to God tier with 4 months of training, you might as well have a prodigy like Boo's reincarnation get there easily too.
