Since Vegeta was unliked by pretty much everyone at this point, nobody would really care, though the group would probably agree to revive him with the Dragon Balls before Piccolo's fusion as they'd have more of an advantage with Vegeta's strength than without. I believe they'd be capable of doing so in the time it took Piccolo and Kami to stand around before the fusion, so not much changes after that.
Assuming they leave Vegeta dead though and focus on just getting Piccolo his power up, Goku and Gohan go in the Rosat before Trunks and therefore do away with Cell before letting Trunks go in the Rosat with Piccolo and head back to the future. Goku continues to train and Gohan doesn't completely slack off, so Dabura is killed 7 years later either easily or with a lot of effort if you believe Gohan was a SS2 against him. Regardless, the Boo Arc hardly even happens and with Vegeta long dead, Beerus doesn't wake up early as he didn't in Trunks' timeline. Everyone is killed by Freeza. As for Trunks' timeline, the lack of Goku means Zamasu likely never betrays Gowasu.
That's assuming Cell doesn't get a chance to self destruct, in which case Goku would die but return for the Boo Arc, making the only change is that Goku remains dead after killing Dabura.
