What if Donovan paid Piccolo three silver coins?

What if Donovan had paid Piccolo 3 silver coins during the Saiyan Arc? How does this change the events of the series?

the coins into Nappa's ass. The metal of the coin somehow reacts with Nappa's tail and transforms him into
Ultra Instict Oozaru. Nappa kills Vegeta and devotes his time to his new hobby, coin collection.
Years later, he solos TOP and wishes to the dragonballs to turn into a handsome prince who marrys Ariana Grande.
The two of them live in a castle made of candies, with Zeno being the servant who polishes Nappa's collection of
coins.
Oh, and Hit and Gohan become lovers for some reason.
