What if Fat Boo absorbed SSJ3 Goku?

Similar to how Pure Boo absorb South Kaioshin. Fat Boo absorbs Goku because he was a threat to him.

Keep in mind, at the time Goku have 24 hours on earth. When the 24 hours are up, would Goku disappeared from Boo's body and go back to the other world? Would Boo be in the other world? Or would only Goku's soul go back to the other world?

Goku still required Baba to come collect him, rather than automatically returning to the afterlife, so I assume he'd remain within Boo's body. The real question is how would the split within Boo play out? Which Boo would Goku become a part of, if either?
Either way, Boo likely wouldn't sit around and simply go after the nearest Ki source with the Ki sensing and Shunkan Ido he acquires, since he wouldn't have had Galu telling him to wait for a stronger fighter to show up. All the Z-Warriors die, Boo destroys Earth and is eventually killed by Ultimate Gohan a few days later before the Namekian Dragon Balls are used to revive everyone. Vegeta remains dead due to not being considered fully redeemed by Enma since he wasn't with the first wish made in the Boo Arc, as does Goku due to there not being a reason to return and the destruction of his Earth being partially his fault. Beerus arrives a few years later and leaves satisfied with his pudding. Months later, Golden Freeza kills the main cast.

That's true. Still wouldn't change the scenario though, since all it means is that Vegeta gets to experience revived Freeza's tail feeling like 60 inches of steel. :rape

Power wise, he wouldn't have changed much, since SSJ3 would wear off soon. He'd have become far more intelligent, though, and kill Babidi. There is a chance that, after that, he would have stopped killing people because of Goku's influence.

It didn't wear off when he absorbed Gotenks, despite Gotenks' time limit seeming to not be leagues greater than Galu's.

In the manga, Gotenkses fusion wears off almost as soon as SSJ3.
