What If The Androids Are As Evil Like Their Future Counterpart?

Most likely, Sixteen would have prevented them from unnecessarily killing anyone, so nothing would have changed
at Cell Saga. The only change overall is that Krillin does not marry Eighteen.
If Sixteen lets them do as they please and they kill all Z fighters, Gohan goes to search at Gero lab's ruins and finds
Androids' blueprints. Androids are deactivated, Goku recovers from the virus, goes to Namek, fetches a new
guardian and everybody is revived with the new dragonballs. Cell is eventually discovered and killed, since there
are no longer Androids for him to absorb. After they have seen Cell, Goku and Vegeta start seeing beyond the
Super Saiyan, so, by the time Babidi shows up, they're strong enough to defeat Dabura.
If Beerus decides to turn Goku and Vegeta into his students anyway, FNF/U6 Sagas happen normally. Future Trunks
is a lot weaker than in canon, since he never trained in ROSAT or saw beyond SSJ. If that makes a difference,
the two Zamasus win.
If the heroes make it to the TOP, there is a chance Seventeen/Eighteen refuse to participate, because they're evil,
so Jiren probably wins. Or maybe Sixteen participates instead and plays Seventeen's canon role.

Interesting question. I think Los Androides kill everyone, except for Goku and Gohan. After Goku recovers from the illness, he trains in the Rosat and kills the Androids in an instant.

The Androids will tract Goku and Gohan ASAP after they kill the others. With lack of intention of killing Goku in the present timeline and hence they dragged for like days iirc was the reason why Goku escaped. Also without Krillin then there's no way Goku and Gohan will go to Roshi's house to hide since it was Krillin who suggested it.

I think Gohan would have managed the same as in the Temporary Lines of Cell and Trunks, would have managed to hide.

Everyone who goes to Gero's lab dies, leaving Goku, Gohan and Yamcha the only surviving fighters left (and...Chaozu, I guess). Seeing as the future #17 and #18 still liked to have fun in what they did, they would still take their time in tracking down Goku. Once they started killing innocent people, however, #16 would destroy both of them. #16 then flies at full speed to the potential locations of Goku, eventually killing him in his sleep at Kame House. Gohan would've already gone Super Saiyan from sensing Piccolo and Kuririn die, with this sight causing him to have a rage boost on top of that great enough to put up a fight against #16 for a while. #16's infinite energy would win out though and with his mission complete, #16 flies away.
Meanwhile, Cell continues absorbing humans and after some time, Gohan goes to investigate it. Eventually tracking down Cell, he puts up a fight against Cell but is at a disadvantage. #16 arrives when confused about who could be fighting Gohan and decides he should team up with Gohan to kill Cell. Though very reluctant, Gohan agrees. They eventually manage to destroy Cell with a lot of effort. Through the battle, Gohan is able to overcome his hatred for #16 and understand killing Goku is what he was programmed for, though still won't call him a friend.

Without the Rosat training, however, Dabura kills Gohan and #16 7 years later. Whether or not Babidi revives Boo doesn't really matter, given he'll reign supreme with Dabura at his side unless they encounter Broly or Moro decides to get out of prison.

Yeah, because it's not as if Vegeta clearly implied that was still a possibility in the Boo Arc, or recent material even showed it to be possible...

It is arguable whether it was a possibility at Buu Saga. But, even if one can argue it was possible for SSJ2, no such thing was ever implied for SSJ1.

If it's possible for SS2, there's no reason whatsoever to assume anything different for a lower form.

Super shows that rage boost can still occur in the Super Saiyan state, and regardless of what you think of Super, actual official material is far better evidence than pure headcanon.

Everyone but Goku, Gohan, and Yamcha dies forcing Goku to go for the RoSaT much earlier.

Goku and Gohan destroy the androids including Cell who was hiding under their noses.

They deal with present Cell the same once he is born.
