So let's say in this alternate timeline, Dende manages to grant the third wish from Porunga to Vegeta, resulting in Vegeta obtaining immortality. How would this change events?

Vegeta fearlessly attacks 2nd Form Freeza and gets mortally injured. Immortality heals him and he gets a zenkai which bring him to his canon Post Final Zenkai power. He kills Freeza.
When Goku is rejuvenated, he decides to follow the gang to Earth. Goku dies of the virus and the rest of the gang is killed by Androids. Over the following years, Vegeta discovers the beyond Super Saiyan states and defeats Androids. Later, he defeats Dabura too.
If Beerus wakes up and Vegeta becomes Whisses student, no Golden Freeza (Cold is still alive), Hit wins U6/U7 tournament, so Zamasu is not provoked, and Zeno forgets about TOP.
