What if Vegeta had his potential unlocked?

Doubt it. It didn't make Gohan and Kuririn even 10x stronger, and them still getting residual boosts and Zenkais in Gohan's case shows that it only unlocks the part of your potential that Molestation Master Guru can tap into at the time. It's not like the Rou Dai Kaioshit power up which unlocks every ounce of your hidden power
At best I could see Vegeta reaching the level he used to rape Jheese and Ginyu with, at first. He'd probably go on to become the strongest fighter sans Galu's Kaioken levels and Freeza, though. Assuming he still got the same Zenkais afterwards.

If Guru molested him really hard I could see him being maybe halfway between his pre-Zenkai (final) and post-Zenkai self. If he had Krillin injure him prior to Freeza's final transformation would anything change? Would Freeza even be able to transform into his final form with Vegeta being that strong?

it doesn't seem like the recipient's degree of training progress makes much difference since Gohan and Kuririn ended up in relatively the same ballpark despite Kuririn training for many years while Gohan only trained for about a year in his life, and Gohan obviously had incomparably greater potential. This power up just seems to be a multiplier if anything. Would be nice it we knew what the power boost was for Dende so we'd have more information and whether Nail even got his potential unlocked by the molestation master, but the evidence seems to support that as long as you have the potential to become like 7-8 times stronger, that is generally the boost the unlock gives. The Yamcha sidestory manga seems to contradict this somewhat with Yamcha only ending up "over 10,000" (same ballpark as Kuririn from the unlock) even though he got the unlock and then trained with Nail for months, but that's written by another author.
