In the Manga Chapter 38 in Spanish, Vados says that Kefla SSJ has no rival, which would mean that it is >> Jiren (Power Up vs Hit).
In another Spanish version, Vados says that Kefla SSJ could be the strongest in the ToP, which would mean that she is >= Jiren (Power Up vs Hit)?
