What Was Frieza's Initial Power Level When First Introduced?

He could've raised his power further since he was attempting to stop the heroes from wishing upon Porunga as soon as possible.

The Son Goku Densetsu says Piccolo needed fusion to catch up with Goku and the others, so I think it would be fair to inlcude Gohan so the "others" would be him and Vegeta. I don't see any reason why Gohan would be above the 200k mark like the V-Jump says though.

Yeah I have no problem with Gohsn being at 200k. I think when Vegeta said that they could beat a transformed Freeza he was taking Gohan having a potential rage boost in mind.

Yup. The Japanese term Nail used is mostly associated with 3-6x. EML says Piccolo got 5x stronger to be exact. I’d say it goes like this:

Kuririn: 75,000

Gohan: 200,000

Piccolo (Weighted): 240,000
~ Full power: 300,000

Vegeta: 375,000

Freeza: 265,000
~ Powered up: 424,000
~ Full power: 530,000

Freeza clearly was born in his 4th form since it is the form he naturally reverts to from his Golden form and he called it his true form, and he said in his first form that his weakest form is a form used to limit his power since he has so much of it that he cannot control it. My guess is that he made h is 3rd form as freaky and intimidating as possible and regretted it since the spikes on his back got in the way of sleep and practical life purposes, and then made his 2nd form in his father's likeness only to discard that idea because it was too large for practicality and he deep down didn't even like his dad anyway (as seen in RoF), so he then created his diminutive 1st (technically 4th) form to stay at a level where he could control his power efficiently. It seems like he likes his 1st and true forms most of all since he didn't like the idea of staying in 2nd form to keep himself tall and he used his 1st form even in RoF after mastering his 4th form, indicating it offers a degree of comfort, and perhaps easier recovery from fatigue since it exerts the least strength.

Freeza does another power up after his scuffle with Vegeta though. When he took off his armor Vegeta genuinely thought that was his transformation. Gohan and Kuririn are visibly shaken up too.
