What would happen if Beerus punched Whis?

I could believe that Whis could tank it. He seems to be capable of one shotting Beerus with a simple neck chop. Vegeta wasn't even close to doing that to 2nd Form Cell, and Vegeta still semi tanked his punch.

Well, Vegeta was harmed by 19's punch and you can argue that the gap between them can be as large as 1.75x or so.
The official gap between Beerus and Whis is 1.5x
