So SSJB at less than 10% rivals SSJ… but how much lower than 10% can it be? 8%? 5? 2?
What’s the biggest possible gap between SSJ and SSJB?

The thing is, that U6 implication is entirely thrown out in the Zamasu arc. There's absolutely no way to fit all of the gaps and strength increases into what the U6 tournament implies about Blue and its relative strength to regular Super Saiyan.

Well the SEG multipliers probably get thrown out of the window here, but Daizenshuu 7 does say SSJ is potential based so who cares. The statement Whis made was probably about normal SSJB since PSSJB power was out of their reach.
Also, Post Rosat SSJB Vegeta = Pre Rosat SSJB Vegeta. Goku explicitly says the only difference is. Plus Goku Black is mocking SSJG Vegeta. Doesn’t sound like he’s much stronger if at all.
Why do you even have it as a perfect 10% when Whis says it’s less than that
Can probably go as low as 3% for me. What else would Whis say “less than 1/33?” might as well say the actual percentage.
2% is out because he could say “1/50” I think. I have SSJ at 6.66% of SSJB.
