What's the gap required to tank a hit?

Like Semi Cell tanking Sixteen's punch or Perfect Cell tanking Vegeta's kick. Is the required gap the same when tanking blasts?

Tanking a punch without moving whatsoever has to be a minimum 2x gap. I'd be more inclined to say it's a 3x gap. Think about how insane it would be to feel absolutely nothing from a punch to the face.
