Combat speed is obviously billions of times faster than light by now. Master Roshi was Relavistic

Obvious metaphor or not, Popo wouldn't have bothered stating the whole "quicker than lightning" thing if Roshi was already Relativistic. The moon feat is an obvious outlier.

The moon feat is definetley not an outlier. King Piccolo later was stated to be able to destroy 1/43 of the earth. 1/43 of the earth is more than the moon because the earth is 81x bigger. Later on Piccolo effortlessly destroyed the moon with a simple beam. Vegeta was stated to be planet buster. It all fits and strings together.

Combat speed isn't relativistic. If you're getting that notion form the moon feat then it holds no weight because it's a lolcalc.

Buu saga maybe but there's nothing really supporting it
It might have ftl might not but there's really no hard proof other then it "seems" like it and has a few decent feats

So has to be god tier and above
