When Enel returns does he come alone?

Will he bring his ship? It's hard to imagine him involved with everything, considering his personality. I can't see him siding with anyone. Or maybe he gazed at the Earth for over two years and now wants to protect it and its inhabitants, which would be his motivation for defeating the WG.

His ship appeared to be on a mural from the void century, so somehow there's a chance he could return again. I can't see any context where he would be relevant or needed in any way though.

He's gonna bring an army of those moon midgets with him.

The OP world previously had advanced technology, but it was submerged and lost during the Void Century. I wonder if it's possible that the technology is still there on the moon, either still active or he's able to activate it with his electricity. That could play a part in defeating the WG. Imagine the WG is about to use an ancient weapon, but he jams its signal or otherwise counters it using a device on the moon. Maybe another ancient weapon is on the moon (unlikely, since it's never mentioned).
