Where do you place Pui Pui in comparison to Frieza Saga Tiers?

Why would Vegeta use > Cell-Games Vegeta level power, if he was Raditz level? He could have just supressed way down.

When? He doesn't state it in the fight against Pui Pui in the anime or manga, nor is such present in the Strength Checker. The closest thing to this is Gohan not arguing against Vegeta saying he and Goku had surpassed Gohan, which the Pui Pui fight wasn't necessary for Gohan deducing due to having already seen Vegeta's confidence towards the start of the arc.

Tbh, you could even put Pocus as high as the Cell Juniors if you take all the Pocus > Shin >> Piccolo implications seriously. Though you would need very small SSJ multipliers and ignore feats like #18 rivaling the Base Kids.

It's stated in the Dragon Ball Kai and implied in the Manga. Aside from the Manga, here's Dragon Ball Kai: According to Gohan, Base Vegeta is more intense than anytime he felt him from before, and the last they witnessed Vegeta was when he was fighting a Cell Junior. Context wise they're referring to power due to the fact that Goku, in line with Gohan's statement, factors Vegeta getting stronger:

Kaioshin is also shocked that Vegeta is that strong in base even though he was suppressed, yet he sensed Ssj2 Gohan from the 25th Budokai. Ssj2 Gohan from the 25th Budokai is arguably stronger than FPSsj Gohan from the Cell Games. This places Base Vegeta above even FPSsj Gohan:

In all seriousness and even if Base Vegeta was > Super Perfect Cell I would still think Pui Pui is bottom feeding trash. I don't honestly think I would put him above Freeza at any point.

That Kai pic you posted above is a HUGE reach to claim Base Vegeta > Anything Vegeta did in the Cell arc.

Interpreting it, it's actually what the scan says. It shows Gohan describing suppressed Base Vegeta above anything he showed before. The last time Gohan saw Vegeta fighting was against a Cell junior. I'm not inventing the claims, it's what this Saga says or at least, confuses us :?

It doesn't say Base Vegeta Buu Saga > Base Vegeta Cell Saga in particular at all. The scan directly shows Gohan saying that this suppressed Base Vegeta is more intense than before, and "before" can only be quantified by the last time Gohan witnessed Vegeta which is when he fought a Cell Junior. Also, Dragon Ball Kai is as canon as the Manga :| The Manga doesn't debunk this at all though, and it supports it anyways

He underestimated Vegeta but not overestimated Pui Pui. There's no proof he overestimated Pui Pui at all.
