Where would be a good place for Kuma to send Jinbei?

I know he's already strong enough for the New World, but where would suit him? Maybe Arabasta could make him learn new skills, but there are no strong opponents. Send him to Marijoas lol, if he survives two years he's Gorosei level.

Same for Vivi. Maybe he'd send Vivi to the Rev Army. I don't remember her having any particular ship role. So it could be somewhere political, somewhere related to her fighting style or sending her to train to fill some role the ship currently lacks. Fisherwoman? (Jinbei can do that now). Maybe learning to do disguises for infiltration? That reminds me that Franky originally had a disguise. Illustrator could be a role, but no idea if she's a good drawer/painter and it wouldn't help the story to just draw their escapades.

Jinbe could be sent to wherever Barbell or Sunbell are if they are still alive. Those guys are without a doubt the two strongest Fishmen in the series.
