Which form of Cell do you like the most?

I think I like Perfect Cell the most.

In terms of design, probably 1st form Cell as his is the least human of them and captures the otherworldly and horror elements of his character very well. In terms of characterisation, Perfect Cell on account of 1st form Cell making stupid decisions such as his infodump to Piccolo and 2nd form Cell not really getting any time to stand out.

Imperfect Cell is the scariest of the three but Perfect Cell is the most entertaining so him.

I like 1st form Cell since that's the most unique of the three.

1st Form/Imperfect, because he's the most horrifying character in DB/Z (only rivaled by the Fake Namekians), who even stripped of his superpowers could be the main villain of a horror series or movie. Imagine a horror movie where the monster can mimic people you know and leaves only skin and clothes behind when killing. It was a very unique part of the series, which was totally owed to Cell's actions.
