I've been thinking of lowering the gap between Cell and Piccolo, so that the other gap can be bigger.

I'd say 2.5x for Cell and Piccolo & over 3x for Gohan & Cell.

Definitely Piccolo and Cell. Piccolo literally couldn't do shit to Cell.

Cell couldn't either. Other than blow himself up.

Maybe yeah, since if I had to make-up multipliers they'd be high anyway for the Super-Saiyan forms.

I have both gaps at 1.33x-1.5x

Definitely Piccolo and Cell gap. Don't have it more than 1.6x gap for Gohan and Cell gap
