Which gap is larger: SSJ Goku vs 100% Freeza (Namek) or SSJB Goku vs Golden Freeza?

I find it funny that last time they fought that even with the strain Goku was still one or two steps ahead of him, in their second fight it's the other way around Golden Freeza has the stamina issue like on Namek but this time he's the one who's one or two steps ahead, anyway which gap is larger?

I'd probably say Golden Freeza's lead is bigger. He had Goku down rather fast, even before his stamina ran-out where-as Goku didn't seem to have him completely down until his stamina did go down considerably.

I've just rewatched the ROF fight, and SSjinB Goku didn't do bad at all against Golden Freeza. Sure, Freeza was ahead, but Goku was recovering quickly from his blows and didn't appear to be too far behind.

But SSjinB Goku didn't do bad against Golden Freeza. Yep, i acknowledge the fact Freeza had an advantage, but Goku could still land many hits and he recovered fast from Freeza's blows. So i don't think the Golden Freeza-SSjinB Goku gap is much bigger than the SSjin Goku-Full Power Freeza gap.

I'd say Golden Freeza had a bigger power advantage over Goku. Blue Goku got slapped around a bit and Whis and Beerus thought Goku's chances were slim. Their fight on Namek seemed a lot closer.
