Goku > Gohan.
Ten > Krillin is the most understandable and least important. It's also the only one that's backed more by outside word than manga evidence.
Freeza > Base is far stupider by comparison, but still more understandable as there aren't many direct statements about it, plus non-canon material fucks that shit up.

The first two are Made double laned meaning you can go one way or the other because of new material.
Tien > Krillin if you think about it with the huge lead Krillin had on Tien in Frieza arc, it only could've gotten smaller in Buu arc because they both still trained in android arc, even then it probably wouldn't shrink that much. Then theres at and yamcha saying it as well.

Tenshithands > Kuririn. As asinine as Freeza > Base Saiyans or SS3 Goku > Ultimate Gohan are with manga evidence, they at least have some form of material, usually the anime, backing them up. Ten surpassing Kuririn during the Cell/Boo Arc without the Kikoho, however, is never supported by any supplement material, which always point to Kuririn being the strongest human.
