Jheese: "Hey, hey, Vegeta's battle power has risen up close to 20,000!" [original line]
Jheese: "Hey, hey, Vegeta's battle power has risen up close to 30,000!" [Kanzenban line]

30,000 fits the narrative more, imo. Vegeta being closer to 20k doesn't hold up from his battle on Earth to this point in the series.

It was mentioned that Vegeta's power level was 24,000 when killed Cui, so the original was probably a typo. I'd go with the Kanzenban version.

@withheldforprivacy had an idea that it was a retcon of all earlier power levels though.

It doesn't have to be any of the two. The ''30.000'' correction did not come from Toriyanma. We may as well go with giving Vegeta the same
zenkai as he got on Earth (1.33x) and bring him to 32.000

30,000 is wayyy better than 20. 20 makes literally 0 sense.
