4. Future Krillin from Mecha Freeza Saga to his death.
5. Future Yamcha from Mecha Freeza Saga to his death.
6. Krillin from the end of Cell Games to Buu Saga.
7. Yamcha from the end of Cell Games to Buu Saga.
8. Krillin from Buu Saga to end of Z (Super not counting).

I don't think they trained after cell saga Krillin got a little back in shape in tournament saga but after that up to battle of gods he gave up training. Yamcha decided not to participate and sit on the sidelines. Not training will eventually make you lose your edge and your power will start to grow weaker,
