If anyone gets one I could see Usopp, but since his goal is to be a brave warrior of the sea. I don't see a Devil-Fruit as being necessary. Maybe his pride'll make him think of the fruit as a crutch.

Having a Devil Fruit would just damage the appeal and individuality of most of the crew's abilities, though Nami gaining some kind of weather/Logia Devil Fruit (maybe Monet's) wouldn't be too bad.
