Who cuts Tien's hair?

Asking an important question here. Krillin lives at Kame House or works in Sunset City (in or near to West City). He can get his hair cut by Roshi, 18 or a professional in the city.

Tien lives in tje middle of nowhere with Chazou. No clippers, no scissors. Does he fly to a village for a haircut every few days? We've never caught him with hair, even when he was fighting King Piccolo or encountered Majin Buu (Toriyama did Tien a solid here, including him for a heroic moment rather than just dying when Earth went kablamo).

If he can fly to a village for a haircut why can't he just buy a razor?

True, never thought of that. He could go to West City, present himself as homeless and get a free razor, because I don't think he has any money. But that's the mystery. Does he carry a razor on him? Does he keep it in a cave? A razor has no ki, so it's got to be an easy-to-find cave.
Can he get an accurate shave with no mirror? He needs more eyes. Or does he used Chazou's enchanted, lovestruck eyes as a mirror?
