Lmao I spent like 3 minutes looking up chapter 67 (bing/ecosia is weak), then realised it's jus this same one. And saw the blonde (I opened the spoiler after finding it on a wiki).

In this case it looks like...a hot babe. But yeh it reminds me of the prehistoric playable character in Chrono Trigger. Maybe it's just imagining Goku in a prehistoric world.
