Who's your favourite yonkou?

I was thinking it's Whitebeard still, because I liked how he aimed to create his own family and gave family and a tribe of belonging to a bunch of pirates. This is a quite common theme in One Piece, but with WB it was more intentional and on the nose.
I guess most would say Shanks or WB (or Roger).

So far it doesn't seem any of the yonkou have the most interesting or heartrending backstories, compared to weaker characters (eg Nami, Franky and Chopper). They're more just cool for how they are now. Maybe Shanks' story of how he left the celestials will be a great story in its own right.

I really like how much of an absolute force Kaido was presented to lived up to be.

But Whitebeard is for sure a contender. That was another one of those moments where the scale of the world expanded. "This old sick man is capable of doing this, what else are we up against?"
