Why didn't Fortuneteller Baba tell everyone about upcoming dangers?

1. Raditz coming
2. Androids coming

Did she not know about it? Is she not allowed to tell them? Or did she not want to scare them, since she thought it was impossible for them to do anything?
Even if her remit is only on Earth (can't know about Raditz) and Babidi's powers block her foresight (for the Buu Saga events), the Androids were on Earth.

Maybe she has a more vague vision of the further future & nothing concrete. I don’t know how that’d work-out but that might be the only way.
