Why didn't Piccolo use makankosappo on Freeza? Why didn't Gohan use makankosappo?

Can't he learn to charge it while fighting? Like when Goku charges his kamehameha while moving around.

Could he split in two - 75% and 25%? One Piccolo stays at home by the waterfall and charges a makankosappo all his life. The other Piccolo plays checkers with Gohan (Gohan wants to play chess, but Piccolo left 1/4 of his brain power at home). Then when they fight Beerus, the 25% uses instant transmission and appears behind Beerus and fires the makankosappo he's been building for 20 years.

Gohan can’t do the Makkankosappo. He just learned it recently in Super. Piccolo never had the time to charge it on Namek, except when Freeza went 4th form and I don’t think he could kill 4th form Freeza.

Yeh why didn't he teach Gohan it though? He taught him Masenko.

I think Piccolo realized it wasn't worth using when Raditz was able to dodge it despite the blast being stronger than him. He would have needed someone to get Freeza in a hold as Goku did against Raditz.
