Why does Nappa have big muscles and why is the fat saiyan fat, when Goku and Vegeta also eat lots of food but aren't nearly as big?

Is it because Nappa is bald and that leaves more nutrients to be tall with big muscles?

Quite a major plot hole.

i think its because of all the many different ways of training that goku and vegeta has done over the years

Maybe a style choice. In GoW, Atreus asked Kratos when he’ll look like him muscle wise. Kratos stated that his strength came from godhood but his physique was honed on his own. Could be something similar to make the looks match the strength
