Why SSJ3 Goku is the only one sensed in thr Other World?

Goku predicted that Gotenks would be stronger than him, and when Gotenks fuses as a SSJ Piccolo states he "really is incredible", but nobody on the Other World gave a fuck to his power, while everybody went crazy with Goku's power. Same with Super Buu, Base Gotenks Post, and even Chou Gohan, who SSJ3 Goku is an ant compared to. Is there anything concret to justify this or it's only forgetting stuff again?

They don't have to sense Vegito when they can clearly see him in the crystall ball.

Super Boo was sensed immediately after transforming.

Super Boo sensed Gohan from the Kaioshin world.

On Earth, Piccolo was able to sense Kid Boo's Chi vanish after the Genki-Dama wiped him out.

Piccolo also told Gotenks to not risk destroying the dragon balls when he was under the impression that Boo had eaten Dende. That would basically mean the balls were already gone.

Piccolo is hilarious in the Boo saga.

Anyway, in regards to the topic..

Serious Answer: Kenshi already covered it. Goku made note of both Gotenks and Boo's Ki disappearing and reappearing when they entered and exited the Rosat respectively, showing he was indeed able to sense both of them. It simply wasn't made as explicit as with his SS3 transformation.
Non-Serious Answer: Galu's obviously the strongest just like GOAT said.

Not really. He already knew SSJ Gotenks (pre) stood no chance against Boo. It's just that Boo turned out to be stronger than either he or Gotenks realised.

First of all, Boo didn't powered up since he was waiting for Gotenks to tell him that the fight begins, second of all Boo wasn't stated to be powered up all. Conclusion = Gag from Gotenks where all the hype means shit just like what happened earlier where everyone thought except Piccolo that he has a chance defeating Boo and that was awful. He witness Gohan got destroyed by Beerus but Gotenks still he has a chance in his Base/SSjin form. that troll is over :9000

First of all, Boo didn't powered up since he was waiting for Gotenks to tell him that the fight begins, second of all Boo wasn't stated to be powered up all.

Unless you believe SSJ Gotenks' SKGA is comparable to his SS3 power, it's pretty obvious Boo altered his power throughout the match. The fact that characters had previously commented on Boo's Ki being like a lie also supports him progressively showing more and more power, or at least in relation to his effort.

Nope, Boo was waiting for Gotenks to tell him that the fight just began since Trunks told Boo to wait and don't move or attack.

He wouldn't need to power up if he just needed to put more effort in. As already said, Boo's power was practically a false flag to the Z-Senshi, so any judgement of his Ki could change at the drop of the hat. There's no need to assume Piccolo or Gotenks' judgements were inaccurate when Boo's Ki is consistently inconsistent.

Boo ki lie thing is just something that he has reserve more power that's all. Boo was sensed by everyone perfectly fine except when he powers up where Goku calls it like abnormal ki. Boo was just standing waiting for Gotenks to tell him to attack which means he's not putting any effort, power ups etc, but stand.

One thing's for certain: Initial Super Boo>>>Pre-rosat Super Saiyan Gotenks. Piccolo confirmed this right off the bat.

The "like a lie" part seems odd. For Goku to say that to when explaining why he likely wouldn't win, yet confidently admit he could've defeated that same Boo later makes me wonder if he was using that as an excuse. Piccolo didn't even seem to think it was legit.

Piccolo later said Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks=Super Boo, so either his Chi stopped being like a lie, or they began to sense him better.
