Why SSJ3 Goku is the only one sensed in thr Other World?

Goku predicted that Gotenks would be stronger than him, and when Gotenks fuses as a SSJ Piccolo states he "really is incredible", but nobody on the Other World gave a fuck to his power, while everybody went crazy with Goku's power. Same with Super Buu, Base Gotenks Post, and even Chou Gohan, who SSJ3 Goku is an ant compared to. Is there anything concret to justify this or it's only forgetting stuff again?

I wouldn't necessarily say they were unimpressed by Super Buu's ki, they definitely felt it though. But yeah there wasn't anything said about SS Gotenks, but wasn't that about the time that everyone on the Supreme Kai's Planet was focused on Gohan and the Z-Sword or was it about the time Old Kai came out of the sword. Either way, they didn't really seem focused. Of course, if the power was immense enough you'd think that they'd stop what they were doing to check out Gotenks's ki and say "Wow, it looks he might actually be able to defeat Buu after all" or something like that.

The only evidence is Goku saying to Piccolo that he told Buu someone stronger than himself would fight Buu. It doesn't matter much to me which statements people take since they seem to be all over the place. At one moment Goku says there's no way he could defeat Buu and then later he says that if he wanted to that he could have defeated Buu. I enjoy the arc unlike many others, but I myself admit it's a mess.

Nah, Base Gotenks proves jack shit. He's all about hype as always and failed to deliver it as always. I'm glad Super move on and left Gotenks behind, that guy is the main reason why the Boo arc power scalling is fucked up.

Nope, it's the PL purists that takes Gotenks too seriously despite being absolutely joke. Even Super showed us why Gotenks is a joke for example even after seeing Gohan lose to Beerus, he still think that he can beat him. Gotenks is all about hype and his fans eat it up.

Every PL purists has SSjin3 Gotenks like 1000x stronger than Goku, are you telling me that Super Boo who is equal to SSjin3 Gotenks powered up 1000x after he absorbed Good Boo? By their logic

Super Boo: 1000
SSjin3 Goku: 1
Grey Boo: 0.5
Good Boo: 0.3 something like that.
