I goes with since Goku is already dead and they were programmed to kill him, they went into a fit and hunting down the Z Warriors as their new "game". Also being around 16 probably have a influence on them.

Yeah, maybe they started as cool guys in that future as well, but Z fighters (especially Vegeta, i guess) were prejudiced and tried to kill
them right away, thus, angering them.
