Why Vegeta never trained to achieve SS3?

Vegeta doesn't want to acquire his power the way Goku does. Goku is prone to using transformations to power himself up whereas Vegeta acquires his strength through his own hard work and determination.

He used Bulma's device to reach SSJ4, so that isn't entirely true ^.

As for OP, he probably saw how useless the form was when Goku fought Pure Boo and thought maxing out SSJ2 was a better option in the long run.

I was speaking in regards to Dragonball Super/Z Vegeta. Not GT. That series is a load of shit.

That was a rhetorical question. You opened up making a claim about Vegeta not using transformations and predictably moved goalposts when contrary evidence was presented in my last post. If I did prove that point you'd just say common norm or something similar.
