As far as where I am going to stand....
I'd put them below Freeza probably (not exactly gonna lose sleep over it). Only canon feat (of sorts) there is that I remember it was based on was the humans' BP progression rate. Idk what info there ever was on Krillin's training with 18 or any other comments in the manga.
Some people say Toriyama stating Krillin>Tenshinhan means Krillin>Kikoho vs 2FCell but most likely he just meant Krillin without Kienzan>Tenshinhan without Tribeam-ha(!) or Krillin with Kienzan>Tenshinhan with Kikoho, since obv otherwise Krillin would've done more against the androids or if it was referring to the EoZ or Buu Saga still Krillin would have had some more relevance I'd imagine, like Piccolo. Although it's AT so could've meant anything lol. But yeh obv can discard that crap.


Non-canon possibly Imperfect Cell vs Krillin (can't remember) and then also Tenshinhan vs Future Trunks in movie 9.

Could be a new canon one....Goku/Vegeta choosing Krillin over Goten and Trunks for the tournament. Krillin>SSJ Trunks? Lol. Or did that never even happen? Skipped through most eps of Super.

Thought about that but Cell Jrs were clearly putting the saiyans on the back foot, including Vegeta so were at least 1.3x Vegeta Assj I'd say. How could it be that the Cell Jrs making a proper effort wouldn't kill Krillin in one punch if Krillin was less than 65% pf Vegeta Assj? They must have been toying or Krillin is about around as strong as RSSJ Vegeta. No way that's true since all the humans were fodder compared to all forms of Cell and the androids, Kienzan, Kikoho and Wolf Fang Fist (x100 multiplier) side.

Or even just reversing Base Saiyans (edit: Buu Saga)>Piccolo, which I think I remember many believing on DBZF a few years back. Now with Super's release I don't see how it's possible. edit: unless the saiyans eithe brought their base way up and the SSJ multiplier went way down due to MSSJ.
