Out of the ones you listed I'd have to pick base Goku EoZ > Kid Buu/Uub. At best they were equal as EML said. Uub may not necessarily be equal to Kid Buu at this point either.

The first. There was no need for such a massive gap. The kids could have successfully transformed into Gotenks for the first time in the ROSAT against Super Buu and started out the fight as SSJ.

In between super buu > ssj3 goku and base vegetto > buuhan, the second one even in the anime has them as equals, yet people somehow claim vegetto is stronger
