Would Future Gohan get his arm back in the afterlife?

Tenshinhan and Yamcha's scars didn't disappear when they were in the afterlife. Is Future Gohan stuck armless?

Future Gohan's arm was long gone when he died. Also kinda of note, Grandpa Gohan remains an old man in the afterlife. Enma clearly doesn't restore you to your prime.

I feel like if Enma has the power to restore a body to a previous state such as Vegeta's case, he can probably do the same for Gohan. I don't see why it has to be a time related thing.
