Would Gogeta have a rival impulse?

All Gogeta confirmed was that his power was greater than just two powers being added, and Whis (who's the only character about as knowledgeable as Old Kai) never mentioned the rivalry boost.

Since new material seems to try to equalize Gogeta and Vegetto as much as they can, I'd tentatively assume he does have one, but there's nothing to confirm it.

It's in the best interests of Toei and Shueisha to make them equal to please fans of both types of fusions.

I agree, a statement about a rival boost was never made for the fusion dance, so no.
