Would Goku and Vegeta make themselves younger?

Kind of had this in mind while watching GT. In that series Goku really didn't have an issue becoming a child again and basically shrugged the circumstances off. I'm curious if given Goku and Vegeta would reach the age where their body begins to deteriorate naturally, do you think it's within their character to try to use the DB's to gain eternal youth or something? Goku and Vegeta live for endless improvement of themselves, so perhaps it's possible they would make themselves young to fight forever?

Or, maybe Goku and Vegeta don't feel right about using the DB's for such a selfish reason? Perhaps they feel that it would be cheating themselves if they rely on magic to disobey the natural order of things.

I definitely don't think Vegeta would after the Boo Arc, considering his family became his main driving force and (outside of Super and other modern material) he'd fully accepted how his obsession with surpassing Goku wasn't the right life goal for him. Combine that with him not liking to use magical methods to get ahead and he'd certainly turn down the opportunity for living a natural life with Bulma. For Goku, it can go either way with how his desire to fight stronger opponents as well as fully prepare the next generation were still his main goals at the end of the manga, though I'd probably say he too would abstain from such for it being too cheap, not to mention he never attempted using the DBs for eternal youth or general immortality in times with far greater stakes than the peaceful end of the series.

But then there's the Kanzenban version :cage2

Hence why I mentioned "modern material" (which the Kanzenban can still be counted as, depending on your definition of modern), which is honestly really forced on Toriyama's part without a proper stimulus for Vegeta to regress back to "I will surpass Kakarrot".
