Would Raditz straight up turn SSJ3?

If he ended up unlocking it for some BS reason, would his long hair give him SSJ3 boost automatically? It makes sense, maybe the hair length is optimal to spread the golden energy effectively, stacking it into the body more efficiently.

if he went regular SSJ he wouldn't be SSJ3 but if he did manage to go super Saiyan three his hair would grow EVEN LONGER.
