Would the series be better off if Chi-Chi didn't existed

Think about it... it would actually do away with a lot of lame filler. It would also ease my (and possibly others) mind for thinking she had any worth since there would be no worry for what Super would do with her and no more people saying bullshit about her.

No more having even her greatest accomplishments seen as unremarkable or as a joke... which is a sharp contrast to Videl who has even the slightest accomplishments blown out of proportion (i.e. Bukujutsu), no more getting lashed out at for not confirming to consensus, no more Gohan "fans" bitching how she "ruined" him, no more being used for excessive Goku dick-riding or anything like that, no more confusion, and no more ink being wasted drawing her.

I... just don't what to believe about her anymore..

Ah. Yeah. That would be wonky since Toriyama'd either have to come up with a new character, or pick someone who already exists like...Bulma? That'd be weird. Lunch? Probably not.

Of course, given the concerns expressed in the OP, an alternative solution would be to simply change Chi Chi's character.
