Would Zoro get one-shotted as badly as Kidd did by Shanks

It’s hard to say. Kidd also wasn’t really expecting Shanks to just suddenly appear in front of him like that whilst he was busy trying to destroy his fleet. That probably made the impact a lot worse.

I’ll say that Zoro has better durability/endurance than Kidd maybe, so I’ll go with him.

Zoro's durability was notable during Wano. He took a combined attack from Kaido/Big Mom to protect the entire group, and he still had enough stamina for Asura after that. But still, the entire point of that scene was to hype up Shanks so I'd imagine the same would have happened to Zoro.
