Wouldn't the Vegetto Merger have a time limit?

In this scenario, Boo wouldn't be reincarnated as Oob, so Vegetto doesn't go off to train him at the 28th TB. As for who Vegetto would live with, probably Bulma seeing as how prominent Vegeta is within him and, despite his love for her, Goku was still objective enough to note Chichi as lacking certain attributes compared to Bulma. Not being on the Heavenly Realm at the start of GT to take Dende and Popo's attention means they likely prevent Pilaf from making a wish themselves and cause most of the events in GT to not happen, at least not for a far longer time into the future. It probably takes many years before Baby would be unleashed on the universe without the Saiyans' interference and he'd still lack the strength to overcome a SS3 Vegetto with 15 more years of training (assuming Vegetto would even need more than SSJ). In other words, things are peaceful unless another wish is needed to be made with the Earth's Dragon Balls, in which it's anyone's guess if far more training from Vegetto would've brought his SS3 form to the point he can contend with Yi Xing Long in either form, though there's always the option of Piccolo using the Ultimate Dragon Balls to erase all the Minus Energy of the Earth DBs (destroying Super Yi Xing Long in the process) as a last ditch effort and the trip to collect the Ultimate Dragon Balls happening later and with less problems.
