Joy because she's legal. :withheld

Articuno (Blizzard, Ice Beam, Fly, Roost) VS Portgas D. Ace
- Lore/story feat scaling for Articuno (Small Country level via Lugia's 40 day storm Pokedex entry)
- Speed equalised.
- Assume Ace's fire abilities work the same as Fire Type Pokemon in terms of Type effectiveness.
- Ace's stats can be found here: http://vsbattles.wikia.com/wiki/Portgas_D._Ace

Ah shit, my mistake. Charizard wins due to Super effective Solarbeam then.
Mega Garchomp is neutral to Solar Beam.

I give Ace the win because of type-advantage.

Zapmolcuno (Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Roost) vs. Mega Mewtwo Y (Psystrike, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Calm Mind)

(Zapmolcuno is a fusion of Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno from Pokemon Adventures.)

Assuming Lore/Manga/Anime feat scaling rather than game stats (since Zapmolcuno doesn't have game stats to quantify it's ranking), Mewtwo stomps in it's base form alone due to being around base Deoxys' level who can compete with a Multi-Continent level mon like Rayquaza. If going with in-game logic and treating Zapmolcuno as a Mega-esque boost, then it likely wins purely due to Psystrike on a special attacker being a hindrance and Mewtwo not having anything substantial to use on Zapmolcuno, who can just heal itself with Roost.

Magical Journey Mew (Amnesia, Psychic, Aura Sphere, Ice Beam) runs the Cell Arc Gauntlet
- This manga spinoff version of Mew was capable of creating a dimension the size of a Large Star and is Sub-Relativistic in speed.
- Mew has Mewnium Z to use Genesis Supernova, but can only be used against one opponent.
- Gets HP and PP fully restored after each fight.

Torterra wins since Lillie was at least capable of being a useful plot device.

Charizard due to Dragon Claw and Earthquake.

Machamp (Seismic Toss, Karate Chop, Strength, Bide) vs Electabuzz (Thunder Punch, Low Kick, Swift, Thunder)

Machamp stomps due to having a far higher attack stat than Electabuzz's physical or special attack as well as far greater defence.

Mega Heracross (Pin Missile, Close Combat, Arm Thrust, Rest) VS Mega Alakazam (Psychic, Recover, Disable, Protect)

Mega Alakazam is packing a bigger punch here imo. He wins.

Nidoqueen (Double Kick, Tail Whip, Poison Sting, Earthquake) vs Taurus (Rage, Horn Attack, Take Down, Rest)

Nidoqueen stomps due to being the only one packing a Super Effective move.

Close but I think Exadrill.

Voltorb (Sonic Boom, Swift, Rollout, Self Destruct) vs Magnemite (Thundershock, Sonic Boom, Screech, Light Screen)

Magnemite wins. Both of Voltorb's attack stats are worse than Magnemite, who can tank most of what Voltorb dishes out with far superior physical defence.

Nidoking (Megahorn, Earthquake, Poison Jab, Ice Beam) VS Toxicroak (Swagger, Sucker Punch, Poison Jab, Protect)

I give this Nidoking. Anticipation should alert Toxicroak to it's opponent having an effective move. Protect may be a good way of scouting moves, but Toxicroak doesn't have anything in it's set to help against Nidoking (Unless it's banking on Swagger causing Nidoking to hurt itself badly from confusion). A single Earthquake from Nidoking should be more than enough to suffice in taking down Toxicroak.

Charizard X (Standard Smogon Set: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Flare Blitz, & Roost) vs. Charizard Y (Standard Smogon Set: Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Solarbeam, Focus Blast, & Air Slash)

Charizard Y because I think Solar Beam would be most effective in this fight.

Weezing (Sludge, Hyper Beam, Substitute, Fire Blast) vs Arbok (Toxic, Bite, Glare, Wrap)
