As stupid as it sounds, SSJ1 Kefla beats Blue Vegetto. Whis said that she rivals the power of the U7 Genkidama.

Scaling from Kurama who is described as having earth-shattering power, Naruto/Sasuke would be more comparable to Saiyan Arc Goku/Vegeta, so Raditz gets handled comfortably. When looking further into the scaling, these boys were capable of fighting someone that could create dimensions containing stars. So they're quite formidable in raw power, and their large pool of unorthodox attacks make things very troublesome even for someone that would otherwise be their peer in stats.

Vegeta vs Hit - ToP (Anime)

R1: pre-SSJBE Vegeta, no Cage of Time for Hit
R2: No restrictions

Vegeta wins both rounds.

R1 - SSJB Vegeta was equal to Base Toppo. Blue Goku tied with Hit and then during the exhibition match Base Toppo was tanking KHH and attacks from Blue making him use kaioken. There is nothing to suggest Hit got much stronger after his fight with Goku. Vegeta also has knowledge on Hit's timeskip and would have the skill by now to counter it like Goku did.

R2 - SSJBE Vegeta beat God Toppo who scales way above Hit even with Time Cage. SsJBE Vegeta no diffs.

Debut Yajirobe vs Tambourine

Yajirobe based on portrayal. Goku had big praise for his toughness and was impressed by his sword combat, while Goku viewed Tambourine as a fraud the whole time.

Shin vs Piccolo

Shin wins. I think Piccolo giving up very much means he was far weaker than Shin. Shin is a bitch compared to the saiyans but by the Boo arc Piccolo is a bitch compared to the saiyans as well. Base Saiyans > Piccolo. And even if Shin isn't stronger he has telekinesis/magic that can paralyze SSJ2 Gohan and mildly inconvenience Fat Boo.

Vegito both rounds. It seemed his power was contextualized more, given that he took down someone that almost accidentally crushed the living universe. Even by Daima's end, Buu was given respect by Goku mentioning him as a motivator for achieving SSJ4. Some may also reference the Vegito >~ SSJ4 databook entry, but I think Vegito has a case without it.
