If Yajirobe loses then Chaotzu from the Vegeta Arc would get in the second round. Ibknow Yajirobe > Chaotzu going by official power levels but a lot of people disagree about it so either of them fights BoZ Goku and Piccolo. Piccolo and Goku can't amplify their attacks.

There's no reason to doubt Yajirobe's V-Jump entry of 970 when nothing contradicts it. Without amplified attacks available for the duo, this is a certain victory for Yajirobe.

And how about Chaotzu?
Also, Yajirobe was shown not to be training so why would he be stronger than Chaotzu?

Same case. Nothing contradicts him being at 610.

Yajirobe is shown to have incredible potential, considering how strong he was during his introduction despite his simplistic lifestyle and he managed to surpass Kami despite being shown not putting in as much effort as his peers. Considering all that and him showing up for the fight despite knowing these would be enemies far beyond the 300 range, I'd say it's logical to assume he indeed kept up his training after graduating from Kami's teachings. As for him surpassing Chaozu in particular, that would line up well regardless of how much effort you believe he put into training post-Kami. It's apparent that Chaozu's potential for growth is nowhere near that of his peers when considering he went from not far below Kuririn/Yamcha at the 23rd TB to being oneshot material to someone they were at least on par with 3 years later.

Yea I see no reason to go against the official number here when nothing contradicts it. Yajirobe beats them with or without his sword.

it's worth noting though that the same source that gave yajirobe a 970 also assigned 23rd Budokai goku a 910 BP.

Yajirobe might be stronger than them by strength wise but the duo between Goku and Piccolo should be able to take care this.

That was specifically talking about his Super Kamehameha though, which isn't a stretch when considering it lines up somewhat with Galu's 924 Kamehameha 5 years later.

Goku and Piccolo have the edge on skill and technique but they would need to pull out all the stops to bring down Yajirobe.

I give it to the fat samurai.

Was it specified to be for the KMHMH?

After looking further into it, it doesn't specify it to be the Kamehameha, though comparing it to the readings against Raditz does make it logical to assume it's indeed referring to the peak of his Ki at that point (ie. the Super Kamehameha). As inconsistent as V-Jump battle powers can be, I doubt they'd screw up that badly.

To be fair, at least you can assume that's referring to his suppressed self, which Kuririn only vaguely said was a bit different from the other Namekians. Matches up with the picture at least, unlike 250k Vegeta being shown as his pre-Zarbon Zenkai self :troll2.
