I wasn't really sure, with the way both the movies and the Boo Saga beefed up base forms. And i hadn't heard this one before so I threw it out their.

Am i wrong is saying that I've seen people put Yakon (and Pocus) way higher than what you mentioned? Not that they are right, but it does happen, yes?

Well you can possibly manage a match out of this if you do have really small SSJ multipliers, causing Yakon to become a lot stronger.

And yeah, I've seen it. I just don't see evidence to put Yakon above Base Goku.
