I don't really know much about Thanos tbh so I probably shouldn't have bothered with this thread but I really wanted to randomize some powers anyway.

You solo. Thanks to Ascended Transcendent Demon, you've got several extrememy powerful abilities, including Omnipotence. Even Thanos' Infinity Gauntlet won't make a difference.

So you thought, for no earthly reason, that you could just say "Hey, you can just make up whatever gadget I want to win" because there wasn't any rule specifically saying you couldn't? Is that really what you're arguing? Especially when you neither have the knowledge nor the time required to create such a device when even the likes of Tony Stark didn't even come up with this in the movies.

How would you even build that thing?

No because if I did I would've went full on God mode.

Well, you kinda did with your "Gumball" device that you came up with out of nowhere, as well as you deciding to ignore all the rules of the thread. You don't see me making up a third opponent capable of turning the former two into gumballs in the versus threads out of nowhere just because there is no rule stating it's forbidden, for example.

Therefore, I think I was plenty explicit about what I was expecting, especially since neither @Captain Cadaver nor @Pocket-Gog~ misinterpreted the goal and the rules of this thread as you did, and the fact that you're making excuses and blaming me for your own, blatant loophole abuse makes me wonder if you even intended to reply to this thread seriously.

With that said, I'm done arguing with you about this. In the end, it's as simple as that: you either play by the rules or you don't, but if you don't, you shouldn't bother posting. Are we clear this time?

Your powers are all pretty interesting, but since Thanos is backed up by an entire army (which include his powerful Children), and has five Infinity Stones, you'd lose a direct fight. You would need a proper strategy.

[mention]Pocket-God[/mention] Since your astral manipulation would most likely work in a similar manner to Dr. Strange/Wong's magic due to matching this universe, you could prove pretty deadly as far as strategically opening and closing portals. Combine that with organic absorption potentially as OP as Boo's, you could win by creating illusionary doppelgangers as Strange did in his fight with Thanos and absorb distracted enemies. Absorbing Thanos wouldn't work as he can see through it with the reality stone, so you'd need to bank on absorbing everyone else in his army, which still probably won't be enough to beat hi even without the stones.

I'd say you'd need to definitely spend the prep time bringing the Avengers in on what's going on and having Tony build the best Iron Man suit he can to help you as back up. If he can build one as strong as his Bleeding Edge suit, you could win by distracting Thanos long enough to find an opening and cut his hand off through portals as Wong did with Cull Obsidian (depending how much it ignores conventional durability by), or have Tony do the more overt decision he did in Endgame to try and get the stones. In any case, the goal is to create an opening where you can absorb Thanos. Congratulations of becoming a purple daddy.
Either that, or once he has at least the mind and reality stones removed, the other abilities provided by astral manipulation could potentially cause a literal mindfuck or at least a soul-kill on Thanos, seeing as how the fight on Titan shows he's pretty susceptible to internal abilities such as mind manipulation.

Depending on the limitations of that and the Infinity Gauntlet, you could potentially just live in that reality and leave Thanos to his own for a draw. Assuming it could be negated by his reality stone, however, you've really drawn the short straw here as having wind formed wings isn't going to help for long and the variety of types symbiotic connection has could make it difficult to see how things turn out unless it's a specified type and who the link is with.
Best case scenario if changing reality fails is that you can form some symbiotic link with Thanos and if you're wanting to be a martyr, kill yourself to kill him. Either that, or it allows you to do some kind of fusion with a member of the Avengers, though considering none of them would be powerful to do more than scratch Thanos even with all the prep they're given, it's doubtful it could take him down unless maybe when operating by the boost something similar like Namekian fusion provides.

How strong is the reality stone in the MCU? I know its weaker than it comic book counterpart but I don't remember any feats for it.

It doesn't really seem to be that strong beyond transmutation, though it did help Thanos see through Dr. Strange's illusion. Overall, what needs to be worked out is how potent is the reality filtering ability and whether or not it'd count as a similar level of illusion or exist as its entirely own entity.

Oh I see. I'd probably use that symbiotic ability and kill me and thanos if reality filtering doesnt work. Sucks that I have to die but dying a martyr seems like a good way to end.
